Order processing times
Our orders are generally processed within 1 - 2 business days. During public holidays and festive season order processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience while we process your order.
Shipping costs
US: We offer free shipping for all orders inside the United States.
Canada: For orders from Canada, we charge a flat shipping rate of CAD 19.99.
Shipping times
We ship from our warehouse located in Texas, United States. These shipping options include the following:
- Standard Free Shipping (For US only)
Orders will generally arrive within 3 - 5 business days after the order has been processed. This requires a minimum purchase order of $30.00 and above.
- Economy Free Shipping (For US only)
Orders will generally arrive within 5 - 8 business days after order has been processed.
