Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
If you or your pet are not FULLY SATISFIED with our product we will make it right for you! Tell us why you are dissatisfied and send us the remaining product in its original packaging along with the receipt and we will either replace or give full refund within 90 days of purchase.
Refund for purchases made from third-party vendors (not directly from Mount Tibet) are not covered under this policy and you must contact the vendor directly.
Return Shipping Cost
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstance does Mount Tibet Corporation reimburse or provide credit for return shipping costs incurred by the customer unless the product was damaged during the shipment process or you received the wrong items or in a very rare situation, the product has gone bad while still in its original packaging. Please refer to our FAQ section on How do I differentiate between the appearance that is intrinsic to the Tibetan dog chew versus a chew gone bad?
Your order leaves the warehouse in good condition. If any visible damage to the shipping carton please refuse the delivery or contact the carrier and retain the original shipping carton. Additionally, please report any damages or discrepancies within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Please refer to our FAQ section on How do I differentiate between the appearance that is intrinsic to the Tibetan dog chew versus a chew gone bad?
Return Refund Process
Please contact us prior to shipping the damaged/defective items back to us. We recommend that you ship via a carrier that can provide shipment tracking. Mount Tibet Corporation does not take responsibility for packages lost in transit.
You will be notified via email once we receive the returns with an indication as to what will follow. We will refund you the purchase price of the items returned and any sales taxes paid. Shipping and handling charges paid if any will not be refunded. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return.
Please make sure the above conditions are met to effectively carry out the return process. Mount Tibet Corporation reserves the rights to deny refund or exchange for items failing to meet the above conditions and will ship those items back to you at your expense.
All B2B customers need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to the return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
